This appointment will go over all client expectations, gut problems and concerns, go over the procedure and how it works along with answering any questions. We will then create and discuss a colonic procedure protocol that best works for your needs.

Consultation & Coaching Session (30min)

In this single session appointment, we will discuss lifestyle and simple changes to help maintain a healthy gut. The therapist will talk about supplements and food intake to come up with a personal plan to help you achieve better life goals. A questionnaire will be provided as well, to better help understand the lifestyle of the client. A 15-minute follow up call will be provided 2 weeks after the initial session to check in with the client for any questions about the changes discussed during the consultation.

Initial Consultation & Hydro-Colon Therapy (90min)

This appointment will go over all client expectations, gut problems and concerns, go over the procedure and how it works along with answering any questions. After the consultation, the client will get ready for the colonic session. The therapist will discuss your session at the end of the procedure and create a guide to help you further your gut health journey and future appointments.

Single Hydro-Colon Therapy Session (60min) 
$130

The Wood’s Gravitational Method is our preferred method of colon hydrotherapy. This method utilizes a gravity, closed system, allowing for the most comfort for the client, with no mess or embarrassing odors. The person lies comfortably on a table where a sterilized speculum is gently inserted into the rectum. Water flow, which is always under direct control of the therapist, flows into the colon via a small water tube and out through the evacuation tube carrying with it impacted feces, gas bubbles and mucous. As water flows out of the colon, the therapist gently massages the abdomen to assist the colon’s release. The process is completely professional and takes from 20 to 50 minutes.​

Extended Hydro-Colon Therapy Session (90min) 
$185

Extended sessions are for those who have a little bit more issues with bowel movement, lazy colon, chronic inflammation, excessive bloating, IBS, chronic constipation, etc. This extended colonic procedure can be very beneficial for clients that never fully feel complete after having a bowel movement throughout the day. Extended colonics are not recommended for new clients until a full gut reset procedure has been done. The extended procedure can last anywhere from 60-75 minutes depending on the client.

Coffee Enema Add On (30min) 
$45

Coffee Enemas are very beneficial for almost all clients. They help aid the body's release of toxins and can help as a natural laxative. After receiving a colon hydrotherapy session to clear a pathway for the coffee, the organic enema coffee is inserted into the colon via a small tube. Clients will lay on their left side to insert the coffee, then roll to the right side where they will stay for up to 10 minutes allowing their liver to release the toxins. It's a great time to let the client do some meditation or nap! If it's the clients first coffee session, a therapist will stay with you to walk you through the process and keep you comfortable with what to expect during the coffee session. After 10 minutes the client will go to the bathroom and expel the remainder of the coffee. This is a very calming procedure — the caffeine behaves differently when taken in this method vs orally. Most clients have another massive bowel movement with the coffee enema on their 1st one.

 

Probiotic Implant (15min)

Probiotic implants help remove debris from the colon and is always a great idea, however we must always remember to re-inoculate the colon with the beneficial bacteria. We utilize a high-quality probiotic to reintroduce 11 different types of beneficial bacteria to the colon. We also add prebiotics — the food that the probiotics eat, and L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is an amino acid that the digestive tract desperately needs. It assists the body to heal up symptoms from bleeding gums to gut dysbiosis, helps calm IBS symptoms and so much more. This is extremely helpful to get clients on track faster! The client must have a colonic first to allow the implant to take. We then utilize the mixture above, mix it with water and insert it in the rectum with a small tube. It is recommended that the client hold it in for an hour (they don't need to stay with us — the client can leave 5-10 minutes after we insert it), which is usually not a problem after having a colonic. This is a must for anyone who has recently gone through illness both acute and chronic, deals with life stressors, or clients that want to have optimal gut health.

The client will enjoy a 30-minute MFR therapy session on the abdomen to help aid in a pre-bowel stimulation before the colonic session. We use DoTERRA's Digest Zen oil to massage and calm occasional gastric upsets, digestion, keep stomach jitters at bay, and maintain a healthy digestive system. We will then move into the Hydro-Colon Therapy session to rejuvenate the colon and restore balance. Initial consultation must be done prior to this session.

Full Body Detox Kit (150min)
$269

Plan on being with us for about 2.5 hours for this detox. We Recommend you come in well hydrated. We start you off with a glass of electrolytes before moving into your Hydro-Colon Therapy session. There we will start the process of cleansing the colon of debris, waste, and toxins. After removing the stool, the therapist will then administer the organic coffee from the enema bucket to help with the process of detoxing the liver. Once you are through expelling the rest of the waste, you will continue into the infrared sauna to take a 30min session where you will start to detox from the cellular level of the body. Towels, a peppermint bowel and cold rag are provided to use on your face and body to help close the pores and wipe away toxins from the skin once you’re done with the sauna. From there you will head over to experience our amazing Ionic Foot Detox to cleanse the body of impurities. This process involves soaking your feet in warm water infused with Himalayan salt, using a water electrolysis process to create an ionic osmosis process, interacting with the body to move cellular waste out of the body and rejuvenate the body's intercellular functions. The ion in the water attracts and binds with the toxins and heavy metals in your body, drawing them out through the pores of your feet.  Initial consultation must be done prior to this session.

A complete gut repair from start to finish. Enjoy a 30min MFR therapy session on the abdomen to help aid in a pre-bowel stimulation before the colonic session. We use DoTERRA’s Digest Zen oil to massage and calm occasional gastric upsets, bloating, keep stomach jitters at bay, and maintain a healthy digestive system. Once relaxed, we start with the Hydro-Colon Therapy session and continue to massage the belly throughout the session to help assist the peristalsis of the colon. Once the colon session is complete, the therapist will administer the coffee enema where you will hold for up to 10mins before expelling the rest of the waste and stool, leaving the colon prepped and ready for the final repair stage. Lastly, is the probiotic implant to help restore and repair the gut and lining of the colon. This takes about 10-15mins. This procedure will have your gut thanking you. Natural Prep-Colonoscopy Kit (120min)

The Natural Prep-Colonoscopy Kit includes three sessions of a stimulating Hydro-Colon Therapy procedure for three consecutive days prior to the medical colonoscopy.  Ideally, we would like the third session to be set for first thing in the morning just prior to the colonoscopy if schedules are permitted.  In addition to the clients three sessions of colon cleanses, the client will receive supplements to support before and after the colonoscopy, menu planning guides to support the colonics, and support during your preparation of the colonoscopy procedure in addition to your colon prep. After your day 1 colonic, you will head in for a 30min Infrared Sauna session to give you a boost in the immune system and also help stimulate your bowels. Day 2 and 3 you will receive your colonics, and we will be checking into your meal guide and add any additional support that is needed heading into your procedure day.
