Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is wonderful if you have constant or chronic pain. Deep tissue massage focuses to target knots, release chronic muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and help to eliminate scare tissue while improving circulation and flexibility. Deep tissue massage uses strokes across the grain of the muscle and deep pressure.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient technique utilizing suction to increase blood flow, and to reduce pain and inflammation in the treatment areas.
Symphony of the Cells (SOC)

These tailored oil applications target different body systems and conditions to release ailments and emotions that reside within the body. Created by Boyd Truman, SOC, along with massage therapy is a simple, effective method of bringing harmony to the body- physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is tailored to meet the needs of the expecting mother. This massage is fantastic as it offers undeniable physical benefits. Through a variety of strokes, the massage will relieve discomforts such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, joint pain, and edema. Stimulate your lymphatic system, increasing immunity and removal of excess toxins, while also stabilizing hormonal levels and balancing the glandular system.

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of treatment that deals with the movement of the fluid surrounding the skull and spine by gentle manipulation of fascia (tissue). The practice uses light touch to examine the membranes and movement of fluids around the central nervous system. Cranial sacral therapy seeks to provide relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, and temporomandibular joint disorder (known as TMJ).

Sports Therapy
Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.
Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion.

There are four types of sports massage:

Pre-Event Sports Massage - a short, stimulating massage 15-45 minutes before the event. It is directed toward the parts of the body that will be involved in the exertion.

Post-Event Sports Massage - given within an hour or two after the event, to normalize the body's tissues.

Restorative Sports Massage - given during training to allow the athlete to train harder and with less injury.

Rehabilitative Sports Massage - aimed at alleviating pain due to injury and returning the body to health.
