Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a wonderfully relaxing massage. Exceptional for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. The goal is relaxing the entire body by rubbing the muscles with the grain of the muscle and in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is wonderful if you have constant or chronic pain. Deep tissue massage focuses to target knots, release chronic muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and help to eliminate scare tissue while improving circulation and flexibility. Deep tissue massage uses strokes across the grain of the muscle and deep pressure.
Chair Massage
A 30-minute massage can provide immediate relief from stress and tension, making it ideal for busy individuals who need a quick fix. It allows for focused work on specific areas of concern, such as muscle tension and pain, without the need for a full-body treatment.
Full or Targeted Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage
MFLD is a very gentle type of manual therapy used to drain excess fluid from the body and improve the overall functioning of the lymphatic (immune) system. MFLD is most commonly used to treat Lymphedema, which is characterized by the blockage of lymph nodes in the body that creates fluid build up.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient technique utilizing suction to increase blood flow, and to reduce pain and inflammation in the treatment areas.
Symphony of the Cells (SOC)​
Is a holistic approach to wellness, utilizing an essential oil layering technique for 19 different ailments- both physical and emotional within the body. These tailored oil applications target different body systems and conditions to release ailments and emotions that reside within the body. Created by Boyd Truman, SOC, along with massage therapy is a simple, effective method of bringing harmony to the body- physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Medical Massage
Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem the patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment.
The exact techniques and procedures that are used will vary for each person. Instead of massaging the entire body medical massage therapy tends to focus on a particular area.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is tailored to meet the needs of the expecting mother. This massage is fantastic as it offers undeniable physical benefits. Through a variety of strokes, the massage will relieve discomforts such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, joint pain, and edema. Stretch therapy encompasses a variety of techniques structured together to address stiffness in muscles and joints. Stretch therapy protocols can be used on many areas of the body and are based on the location of your specific imbalances.

Sports Therapy
Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.
Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some sports massage movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion.

There are four types of sports massage:

Pre-Event Sports Massage - a short, stimulating massage 15-45 minutes before the event. It is directed toward the parts of the body that will be involved in the exertion.
​
Post-Event Sports Massage - given within an hour or two after the event, to normalize the body's tissues.
​
Restorative Sports Massage - given during training to allow the athlete to train harder and with less injury.
​
Rehabilitative Sports Massage - aimed at alleviating pain due to injury and returning the body to health.
